"The morning glory blooms but for an hour and yet it differs not at heart from the giant pine, which lives for a thousand years." - Teitoku Matsunaga (Poet). George Aryiku, was fondly known to me as 'Georgie Boy'. We met in Colchester 1975, and spent great moments together while we lived and worked there until I migrated to Trinidad in 1985. Georgie Boy, Edward Eversley (the late Eddy) and myself shared a great friendship and memories of these happy times will always remain in my heart. Georgie Boy had a great sense of humour, was very witty with his expressions and always appreciated a good laugh. He was a very kind-hearted, open-minded and humble person and will be sadly missed for all his endearing attributes. Georgie Boy and I kept in contact regularly and I will always miss the inspirational messages he sent to me until very recently. Georgie Boy - May your soul rest in everlasting and eternal peace. "There are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart." - Mahatma Gandhi Our Deepest Condolences to his family at this time - Clinton, Annette, Adrian & Alison.
